Svane Shipping is a solid family business and a stable total supplier of shipping services, established in 1926 and thus one of Denmark’s oldest shipping companies. Our tradition of strong relationships and long-term customer relationships is built on good, old-fashioned virtues such as mutual trust, integrity and respect.

We are strongly anchored at the Port of Kolding, where we have approximately 63,000 m2 of warehouses and terminals, and in addition we have approximately 10,000 m2 of warehouses at the Port of Køge. Our dedicated employees ensure we have expertise in handling all types of loose goods, general cargo and project cargo.

Svane Shipping has several subsidiaries in Denmark and we also own Odin Shipping Ltd. in Sunderland, England.
In collaboration with our subsidiaries and other international networks, we are able to offer secure logistics solutions worldwide.

We take the term “total supplier” very literally. This means that we handle all tasks from chartering and agency to stevedoring and terminal solutions to freight forwarding, including customs clearance.
